I would like to invite you, your family and your friends to a Sitar concert by Dr. Chandrakant Sardeshmukh in Pune, India. Tabla player is Shri Sameer Suryavanshi, disciple of Pandit Anindo Chatterjee

The actual Festival starts after 4:00 PM each day from 11th till 14th August. On 13th there will be a program of Marathi Natyasangeet (melodies) followed by Bharatnatyam dance before the Sitar performance starts. For more information, please see local newspaper.
This Festival is organized by the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and it is 11th year. This year the Festival will be inaugurated by Pandit Birju Mharaj, and there will be opening dance performance by Smt Saswati Sen, senior Kathak exponet and disciple of Pandit Birju Maharaj.
This event is open to all.
